About Me
I am a senior diversity talent advisor, with over five years of experience in increasing equity and representation for underrepresented groups in the workplace.
My clients are leaders of organisations who are looking for change and transformation found through data, that aligned with a strategic approach to problem-solving and accountable innovation, increases hiring, managing, and retaining diverse talent.
With board director experience, I am also a career development mentor and international communications specialist, with over a decade's worth of experience as a former journalist, influencer, and public relations strategic communications consultant.
